Bayroo is a collection of people who like to throw around terms like cutting-edge and motivated, but what we really are is efficient – we like to get inventive with modest budgets, we look beyond the destination objective and, more than anything, try to figure out life’s great questions, like ‘what is the best way to cut cake?’.
Co-founded by Nisayuru Basnayake & Dinesh Rajanayagam on the principal cost - effective creativity, Bayroo comprises eight highly motivated professionals who dedicate their time and effort to provide the most efficient service possible.
Nisayuru Basnayaka

With over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, he has worked across diverse sectors including FMCG, telecommunications, banking, finance, and social enterprises.
Combining artistic instinct with strategic thinking, he creates distinct visual identities that authentically connect brands with their audiences. His strength lies in blending creativity with brand storytelling to deliver meaningful and impactful communication.
As Co-Founder of Bayroo, he leads the conceptualization and creative direction of integrated campaigns across print, TV, radio, digital, and outdoor platforms. His multifaceted experience enables a deep understanding of client needs and a consistent commitment to innovative, results-driven solutions.


Rasika Surasena

Rasika is a commercial photographer specializing in food, beverage, and product photography, with over 15 years of experience in the industry since 2008. Over the years, he has worked with global brands such as Dilmah Tea
His work is characterized by a strong focus on precision in lighting and composition, ensuring that every image is crafted with clarity, balance, and visual impact. Alongside his professional practice, he actively contributes to the creative community by sharing his knowledge through teaching and mentoring at University of Kelaniya and through various other educational platforms across Sri Lanka.
